OPP officials allege: A 16-year-old from Warwick Township has been charged following a disturbance earlier this week.
Lambton County OPP say officers responded to a call around 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 11 at an address in Warwick Township. Following an investigation, the youth was charged with mischief for destroying or damaging property and with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia at a later date.
Police say the identity of the youth cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
