Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police have charged a man with mischief following a trespassing incident at a local business on Grand Avenue West.
Chatham-Kent police say officers were called just before 10 a.m. on Nov. 10 after the individual, who had previously been issued multiple trespass notices for the same business, was seen on the property again.
Police say the man’s presence caused disruptions to nearby businesses and customers. He was located and arrested at the scene.
The accused was charged with mischief and later released from custody with conditions and a court date set for Dec. 16.
