Families are invited to kick off the holiday season at the annual Kids’ Christmas Party, hosted by the Sombra Township Optimists and the Knights of Columbus.
The event will take place Sunday, Nov. 23 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Port Lambton Hall, 507 Stoddard St. Organizers say children can look forward to crafts, treats and a visit from Santa.
A new addition this year includes hay rides and hot cocoa, offered in partnership with the Knights of Columbus.
Monetary donations to the Sombra Township Optimists and non-perishable food items for the local food bank will be accepted.
