The Wallaceburg and District Museum will once again host its annual Children’s Secret Santa Shoppe on Saturday, Dec. 6, offering young shoppers a festive and independent way to pick out holiday gifts for family and friends.
The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the museum, 505 King St., and is designed exclusively for children. With help from “museum elves,” kids can choose from a selection of affordable gifts priced between $2 and $12. Each item will be wrapped on-site so children can leave with surprises ready for the holidays.
Organizers say the goal is to create a safe, fun and kid-friendly shopping experience that encourages independence and adds a little Christmas magic.
While children browse, adults can enjoy hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in the waiting area.
All proceeds from the event support the Wallaceburg and District Museum.
