Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Bothwell man wanted on an intimate partner violence warrant has turned himself in to police.
On November 14 at 7:56 p.m., police responded to a report of threats made toward a 30-year-old Chatham woman during an incident in Tupperville.
Investigators say the man, 31, also approached the victim’s vehicle and struck it, causing damage. CCTV footage captured the incident, and police formed grounds to charge him with uttering threats and mischief under $5,000. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
On November 17 at 2:28 p.m., the man surrendered at Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters. He was arrested and later released with a court date of December 29, 2025.
