Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 31-year-old Harwich Township man wanted on a warrant for allegedly breaching conditions in a previous domestic-related investigation has been arrested.
Police say the original incident was reported Nov. 5 and involved prohibited communication with a 27-year-old woman. Officers issued a warrant after determining the man had violated his undertaking.
He was located Wednesday at about 9:41 p.m. on Duke Street in Wallaceburg and arrested on the endorsed warrant. He was taken to police headquarters and is being held for bail.
