The Wallaceburg Soccer Association is adding a new recreational division for youth ages 14 to 17, expanding local playing options for older players beginning in 2025.
The new Youth Rec division will run Wednesday evenings from May to July at Steinhoff Park. The program is open to co-ed players born between 2009 and 2012. The association says the addition also prompts changes to the Senior House League, which will now serve players ages 11 to 13, born between 2013 and 2015.
Registration for the upcoming season is expected to open in mid-December through the association’s website at wallaceburgsoccer.ca.
The WSA notes that youth 15 and older will have the option to join both the Youth Rec division and the men’s or women’s recreational leagues.
