The 2025 LoveWish Christmas Tree Raffle has raised $28,038 for the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent, continuing its reputation as one of the community’s most beloved holiday traditions.
Led by Lisa Lester of Four Diamond Events in partnership with the Chatham Armoury team, the annual fundraiser once again transformed the venue into a whimsical Christmas forest, drawing crowds and rallying support for children and youth across the region.
Lester presented the cheque to the CTC Foundation on Dec. 5, marking what organizers described as a moment of gratitude and community spirit as supporters gathered to celebrate the event’s success. The money will fund therapy programs, equipment and resources that help provide specialized services to local families close to home.
“LoveWish is more than a holiday fundraiser,” Lester said. “It’s an act of community love. It’s hundreds of people showing up with heart so that kids in our community can thrive.”
The foundation expressed thanks to sponsors, designers, decorators, volunteers and raffle participants, noting that community generosity continues to sustain the event’s impact year after year.
The Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent raises funds and awareness for programs that support children and youth with physical, developmental and communication needs, working to ensure all young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
