Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 24-year-old man from Chatham-Kent was arrested early Monday morning in Tilbury for breaching probation.
Police say the individual had been sentenced to 12 months of probation earlier this year but failed to report to his probation officer as required.
A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
On December 15, 2025, at approximately 12:39 a.m., officers located the accused on Queen Street in Tilbury and took him into custody.
He was transported to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a scheduled court appearance on January 28, 2026.
