The Township of St. Clair is seeking a motivated individual to join our Public Works Department for a temporary full-time position (up to 12 months).
This role provides administrative support including Ontario One Call requests, work orders and permits, tendering support, record keeping, invoicing, correspondence, and general office duties while assisting Public Works and Engineering staff.
Required Education & Experience:
✔️ Community College diploma in business or administration
✔️ Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Related experience to include:
✔️Administrative experience
✔️Computer proficiency in accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing software
✔️Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️Substantial contact with the public
