Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 25-year-old man from Walpole Island surrendered to police on an outstanding warrant Monday evening in connection with an impaired driving investigation that began earlier this fall.

Police said the accused failed to attend court, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
