Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association has announced Stephanie Authier as the winner of the Minor Hockey Mega Jackpot 50/50, taking home $19,542 following the latest draw held during the holiday season.
The association said proceeds from the raffle will directly support players within the program, including members of the U13 and U9 teams, helping to keep registration costs down and ensure minor hockey remains accessible for families across the community. Officials noted the fundraiser benefits players such as Avery and Eddie Duchene and contributes to the overall sustainability of local minor hockey.
Organizers thanked everyone who purchased tickets, saying the strong community support continues to have a meaningful impact on young athletes throughout the association. The Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association extended holiday wishes to residents and congratulated Authier on the winning ticket.
