Robert Charles ‘Bob’ Richardson of Wallaceburg passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the age of 89. Bob was the son of the late Wilbert George & Betty Claire (Thompson) Richardson.
Loving husband of 63 years to Lorraine Richardson (Strangway). Beloved father of Debbie Richardson, Kathy Brown (Wayne), Suzy Trepanier (Ron) and Sandra Ross (Wayne).
Dear grandfather of Jim, Candice, Ashley, Laurie (Kyle), Bryan, Linda (Sylvain) and William.
Great grandfather of Grayson and Myla.
Eldest brother of Doug (Marlene), Glen (Barb) and Larry.
Also survived by sister-in-law Patty Richardson and many nieces & nephews.
Predeceased by sister Sharon and brothers Denny and Mike, mother-in-law Laura Strangway and brothers-in-law Jim, John and Francis.
After working 40 years at the glass factory, Bob enjoyed 26 years of retirement and shared his strong faith in Christ with everyone.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Thursday, January 8 from Noon – 2 PM with the funeral to follow at 2 PM. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
