With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Cecil McDougall Jr. on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance “Chatham Site” at the age of 76 years.
He was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of the late Cecil Sr. and Margaret (Boyle) McDougall.
Beloved husband and best friend of Valerie McDougall.
Dear father of Cecil (Neil), Kim (Craig), Tom (April), Chris, Dewayne (Breanna) and the late Ed and Tammy.
Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by 4 grandchildren.
Kind brother of Roy McDougall and the late June Hustwick.
Cecil was always known to be working and tinkering in his shop. He enjoyed motorcycles, his favourite hockey team was the Toronto Maple Leafs. He always loved having family around and he will be missed by his 3 k9 buddies at home.
The late Mr. Cecil McDougall is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, in Wallaceburg. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be celebrated on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 from 2-5pm at the funeral home.
