Kiwanis Theatre season re‑launches with The Dreamboats

The Kiwanis Theatre is officially re‑launching its Presenting Season with a night of music from The Dreamboats on Sunday, February 8 at 7 p.m.

The event marks the return of a long‑standing tradition at the theatre, bringing live entertainment to the heart of Chatham-Kent. The Dreamboats, one of Canada’s most dynamic retro‑inspired acts, will kick off the season with an evening of classic rock ’n’ roll.

Dive into a musical time machine with The Dreamboats as they revive the sounds of the 1950s and 60s, blending timeless melodies with contemporary energy. From the spirited rhythms of Chuck Berry to the charm of The Wonders, the Canadian quartet delivers non-stop dancing, nostalgic tunes and electrifying performances. Audiences can expect the heartthrob appeal and energy of icons like Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly brought to life by four charismatic performers.

“The Dreamboats bring an energy and nostalgia that perfectly captures the spirit of this new season,” said Theatre Manager Devon Hansen. “The Dreamboats’ vibrant, feel‑good show sets the perfect tone for a season built on connection, creativity, and the joy of live entertainment.”
