Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man has been charged following a neighbour dispute on Lowe Street.
Police say officers responded to the area at about 6:06 p.m. on Jan. 28 after receiving a call regarding an argument between neighbours. Investigators learned the dispute escalated when a man allegedly kicked a woman’s door, causing damage to the lockset.
A 38-year-old Chatham man was arrested at his nearby residence and charged with mischief. He was transported to police headquarters and later released on a Form 10 with conditions. His next court date is scheduled for Feb. 25, 2026.
