A.A. Wright students recognized for completing V.I.P. program in Wallaceburg

Grade 5 students at A.A. Wright Public School in Wallaceburg were recognized after successfully completing the Values, Influences and Peers (V.I.P.) program.

According to the Chatham-Kent Police Service, the students were presented with certificates and V.I.P. T-shirts during a recognition event led by Special Constable Hakr.

“Celebrating this big group of VIPs! Today, the grade 5 students at A.A. Wright Public School were recognized for successfully completing the Values, Influences and Peers (V.I.P) Program,” police said in a statement.

The students also thanked the Wallaceburg Knights of Columbus for sponsoring the program shirts.

“The graduates would like to extend a BIG thank you to the Wallaceburg Knights of Columbus for sponsoring their V.I.P. shirts!” the statement said.

Police also congratulated the students on completing the program.

“Congratulations graduates, we are so proud!” the statement said.
