Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent Police Service say a man is facing a charge after allegedly breaching conditions in an intimate partner violence case.
Police responded to a residence in Wallaceburg on March 18, 2026, at approximately 8:24 p.m. for a report of a dispute. Through the investigation, officers determined a 60-year-old man was in breach of previously imposed conditions, including failing to comply with an undertaking not to communicate with or attend the residence of a 52-year-old woman.
The man was located at the residence, arrested and charged with failure to comply with the undertaking. He was transported to police headquarters, where he is being held for bail.
