March Break youth camp wraps with graduation on Walpole Island

A March Break youth camp hosted in partnership with Lambton OPP and Walpole Island Police Service concluded with a graduation ceremony celebrating a week of learning and connection.

Organizers said the final day of the Bkejwanong March Break Youth Camp brought together campers, families and community members to mark the end of the program.

Throughout the week, youth participants developed new skills, built positive relationships and created lasting memories, which they shared with their families during the closing event.

Each camper received a tree as a graduation gift, symbolizing growth observed over the course of the week.

Police and community partners thanked those involved in organizing the camp, as well as parents and guardians for their continued support, noting the impact of the experience is expected to extend beyond the program itself.
