Mrs. Anne (Thomas) Como, a longtime resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, in Chatham, at the age of 99 years.
Anne was born in Sombra Township and was the oldest of 10 children to the late Edward and Ada Thomas.
Beloved wife of the late Donald Como (1988).
Loving mother of Doug (Lori) Como and Ron (Sandra) Como.
Predeceased by her sons Larry Como (1950) and David (surviving Nancy) Como (2017).
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Randi (Scott), Donald, Daniel, Shawn (Jessica), Jennifer and Kristin. Never forgotten by her great grandchildren Peyton, Leah and Landon.
The late Anne Como rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
A private family service has taken place.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society may be left at the funeral home.
