Walpole Island Health Centre hosting Scott Ward comedy hypnosis show May 27

The Walpole Island Health Centre is inviting the community to an evening of entertainment and inspiration with a comedy hypnosis show featuring Scott Ward on May 27, 2026.

The event will take place at the arena, with dinner served at 6 p.m. and show time running from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Ward is described as a comedy hypnotist, psychic entertainer, author, facilitator and entrepreneur, and is a member of the Sandy Bay Ojibway Nation in Manitoba.

According to event information, Ward has spent more than 20 years performing and facilitating workshops across North America, combining entertainment with messages of positivity, empowerment and resilience.

He is also a business owner and certified teacher, and has received several honours including the Alberta Aboriginal Youth Role Model Award, the Alberta Business Award of Distinction and the “Native American 40 Under 40” Award from the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.

Organizers say the event is intended to provide an engaging community experience while highlighting Ward’s background and career in performance and education.
