OPP officials allege: A 37-year-old from Plympton-Wyoming has been charged after a single-vehicle collision at O’Brien Road and Hyslop Line.
Lambton County OPP and Lambton EMS responded shortly before 9 p.m. on June 6. One person was taken to hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police charged the driver with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act and driving a motor vehicle with liquor readily available under the Liquor Licence and Control Act.
Police continue to urge the public to report dangerous or impaired driving.
