OPP officials allege: Lambton County OPP have charged a 41-year-old man from Plympton-Wyoming after receiving a traffic complaint in Warwick Township.
Police said they received a report of a possible impaired driver at about 5:04 p.m. on June 5 and located the vehicle on Highway 402 east of Nauvoo Road.
The man is charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand under the Criminal Code. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Sarnia on July 6, 2026.
