It was jam-packed in downtown Wallaceburg on Saturday, June 6, 2026 for the annual Sydenham Challenge Dragon Boat Festival.
“What an absolutely incredible Saturday we had,” organizers say.
“To every single paddler who powered down the river, every spectator who cheered their hearts out, and every one of our amazing sponsors who make this festival possible — thank you. Your energy, your spirit, and your support turned the Sydenham into a place bursting with excitement, teamwork, and community pride.
Organizers added: “The atmosphere was electric, the races were fierce, and the smiles were everywhere. Days like this remind us why the Sydenham Challenge is such a beloved tradition — because of you.”
