💙☀️ As we celebrate Chatham-Kent Hospice’s 10th anniversary, we’re inviting our community to take part in a special remembrance project inspired by our early days.
During the construction of Hospice, community members tied ribbons to the fence in memory of loved ones. This summer, we’re bringing that tradition back as a temporary community art installation.
Visit the fence near the Adelaide Street entrance, choose a ribbon, write a message, and tie it in honour of someone special. Your loved one does not need to have received care at Hospice to be remembered.🎗️
Together, we’ll create a beautiful display of love, remembrance, and community.
