Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 62-year-old Chatham man is facing charges after being arrested on an outstanding warrant related to an intimate partner violence investigation.
Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service located and arrested the man while on general patrol on King Street East at approximately 7:39 a.m. on June 11.
Police said the warrant was issued in connection with allegations of two counts of assault.
The accused was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
