Wallaceburg Minor Baseball Association is inviting families and baseball fans to Warrior Day on June 20, featuring a full day of games, activities, prizes and refreshments at local diamonds.
The event, sponsored by Legacy Sports, will include T-ball games from 10 a.m. to noon at Mike Child’s field.
Hardball and fastball games are scheduled throughout the day, with action taking place at Glen Mickle Diamond from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Steinhoff from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Kinsmen from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Organizers will also host a raffle table, offering participants a chance to win raffle baskets, Tigers tickets and a WMBA cornhole board set.
A canteen will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., serving refreshments for players, families and spectators.
The association is encouraging community members to attend and support local youth baseball throughout the day.
