Four arrested on outstanding warrants across Chatham-Kent

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Four people were arrested on outstanding warrants in separate incidents across Chatham-Kent on July 9, according to Chatham-Kent police.

At about 8:17 a.m., police arrested a 43-year-old Chatham man on Wellington Street for failing to comply with a release order. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.

At approximately 9:26 a.m., a 42-year-old Chatham man attended the Chatham-Kent Courthouse on Grand Avenue West, where he was arrested on a warrant for failing to attend court. He was also held for a bail hearing.

Later in the day, at about 2:18 p.m., police arrested a 37-year-old Chatham man at the courthouse on an endorsed warrant for uttering threats. He was transported to police headquarters and later released on a Form 10 with a future court date.

Shortly before midnight, at about 11:53 p.m., officers located a 33-year-old Wallaceburg woman on Dufferin Avenue who was wanted for failing to attend court. She was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was held for a bail hearing.
