Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 60-year-old Chatham woman is facing an assault charge after a disturbance at a business on Grand Avenue West.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to the business at about 7 p.m. on July 8 after receiving a report that a woman had punched and elbowed a man in the face while inside the business.
The woman was arrested and charged with assault.
She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and later released on a Form 10 with a future court date.
