Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 37-year-old Wheatley man is facing two charges of uttering threats after police say he threatened to chop off a woman’s head.
Chatham-Kent police say officers were dispatched to a Tilbury address at approximately 8:08 a.m. on July 11 regarding a dispute. An investigation determined the man had made the threat against the woman.
He was arrested, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, and released on a Form 10 with a court date of Aug. 19, 2026.
