Entegrus is reminding customers in Wheatley of a planned Hydro One outage that will affect service from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026.
The utility says the outage is required for Hydro One to perform scheduled system maintenance, and that approximately 535 Entegrus customers will be impacted. Customers whose service will be interrupted have been notified directly by telephone or text message. Entegrus says customers who did not receive a call or text notification should not expect their service to be interrupted.
The company is encouraging customers to ensure their contact information is up to date to receive important service notices, and noted that residents can register for SMS alerts through its website.
