Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham-Kent man is facing charges after police allege he smashed the taillight on a woman’s vehicle in Wallaceburg on Monday.
Police received information at approximately 1826 hrs on Aug. 10 that a male had smashed the taillight on a female’s vehicle parked in Wallaceburg before leaving the scene.
Officers located the man and arrested him for mischief under $5,000 and fail to comply with a probation order.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and held for bail.
