Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 36-year-old Chatham-Kent woman has been arrested following an alleged domestic assault in Blenheim early Tuesday morning.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to a residence in Blenheim at approximately 8:01 a.m. on August 11, 2026, following a report of an assault.
Police were advised that a female had thrown a pot at a male, struck him in the head with her hand and threatened to kill him.
The woman was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon, assault, and uttering threats to cause death.
She was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where she was held for a bail hearing.
