Walpole Island First Nation is inviting the public to a Treaty Day recognition and celebration marking the 230th anniversary of the Treaty of St. Anne’s Island.
The event takes place Sunday, Aug. 30, starting at 12 p.m. at the Walpole Island Ferry.
The gathering is being sponsored by the Walpole Island Health Centre and Binoojiihn Minoyaawin.
