Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man has been arrested on an outstanding theft warrant after officers spotted him while on patrol Sunday.
Chatham-Kent police officers were patrolling the area of Wellington Street West shortly before noon when they located a man with an active warrant for theft under $5,000.
The 33-year-old Chatham man was arrested without incident. He was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 9.
