Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 34-year-old Chatham man has been charged with criminal harassment and publishing an intimate image without consent following a social media post.
Chatham-Kent police say they were contacted regarding a post made by a man on social media at approximately 8:28 p.m. on Aug. 21.
Through their investigation, police formed grounds to charge the man with publication of an intimate image without consent and criminal harassment.
He was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was released on a Form 10 with a court date of Sept. 16, 2026.
