Blenheim woman charged after refusing to leave residence

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Blenheim woman has been charged with trespassing after police say she refused to leave a residence when directed to do so by the homeowner.

Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service attended a residence on Stanley Avenue in Blenheim Wednesday at approximately 7:52 p.m. for a report of an individual refusing to leave.

Police attended and arrested a 28-year-old Blenheim woman for trespassing. She was removed from the residence and released on a provincial offence notice.
