Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police made two separate arrests on warrants on Third Street on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
At 9:32 a.m., a Chatham youth was arrested on a warrant for assault and mischief for destroying or damaging property. He was released on a Form 10 with a court date of October 7, 2026.
Later that day, at 1:31 p.m., a 41-year-old Mississauga man was arrested and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. He was released on a Form 10 with a court date of December 3, 2026.
