Walpole Island First Nation’s chief and council are inviting membership to a community meeting to review audit results covering three fiscal years.
The audit presentation, covering 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, will be held Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. at the Walpole Island Sports Complex.
A copy of the audit will be made available at the presentation. Chief and council say the audit is available to WIFN members upon verification of Walpole Island membership, which requires a Certificate of Indian Status.
Light snacks and beverages will be provided. The meeting is open to WIFN band members only.
