Residents can get behind-the-scenes access to some of Chatham-Kent’s most interesting places when Doors Open Chatham-Kent returns Saturday, Oct. 3, with free admission.
Thirteen sites across the municipality are taking part, each contributing in its own way. Organizers say there are guided tours, hands-on activities and self-guided options for visitors.
Doors Open Chatham-Kent is part of Doors Open Ontario, a province-wide initiative that encourages people to explore their communities. The program is administered by the Ontario Heritage Trust and sponsored by TD Ready Commitment.
