Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 23-year-old woman has been issued a provincial offence notice after police responded to a report of a disturbance on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg on Oct. 3.
Chatham-Kent police responded at approximately 12:33 a.m. to a report of a woman stumbling and causing a disturbance.
Officers located the woman, who was intoxicated and unable to care for herself.
She was taken to police headquarters and held until she was sober, and was issued a ticket for public intoxication.
