Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 26-year-old Chatham man has been arrested on a warrant after police say he breached court-ordered conditions to stay away from a woman.
Chatham-Kent police arrested the man at about 6:39 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, on Third Street. Police say he was under conditions not to communicate directly or indirectly with the woman or to attend any address she was known to frequent.
Police say an investigation found that on Oct. 17 and 18, he went to addresses the woman was known to frequent and tried to talk with her.
He is charged with four counts of failing to comply with a release order. He was held for bail.
