OPP officials allege: A 42-year-old Oil Springs man has been charged following an assault investigation in Enniskillen Township.
Lambton County OPP were advised shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 24 of an assault outside a residence on Petrolia Line near Marthaville Road. Police say the investigation determined an interaction had occurred between two people.
The man is charged under the Criminal Code with two counts of assault, mischief destroying or damaging property and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He was held pending a bail hearing in Sarnia and was remanded into custody pending a future court appearance.
