The Downtown Wallaceburg BIA and the River of Lights committee are holding a River of Lights Frost Fest Colouring Contest at the Chatham-Kent Public Library’s Wallaceburg branch.
Children can pick up and colour pages at the library during regular business hours. The contest runs from Nov. 1 to Nov. 18, which is the deadline to turn in finished pages to library staff.
There are four age categories, 0 to 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 12 and 12 to 18, and the winner of each will receive a $25 gift card. Each page asks for a name, age and phone number, which organizers say will only be used to contact winners.
The River of Lights takes place Thursday, Nov. 19, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
