Update: Highway 40, outside of Chatham, is set to be closed for two hours this morning.
OPP officials say on March 8, around 2:45 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a commercial motor vehicle collision on Highway 40 near Fairview Line.
Investigation revealed that due to high winds, a southbound tractor trailer was forced off the road and rolled over in the east ditch.
The tractor trailer sustained extensive damage and the driver was treated and release at the scene.
Starting at 8:30 a.m., Highway 40, in both directions, will be closed for approximately two hours for the clean-up of the vehicle and debris.

OPP officials say a tow truck will be removing a rolled over tractor trailer from the ditch.
The road will be closed between Fairview Line and Maynard Line.
The closure will begin at 8:30 a.m. and last for approximately two hours.
The detrour route is Maynard Line for northbound traffic and Fairview Line for southbound traffic.
