Mrs. Alma Teresa Meloche passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Chatham, at the age of 90.
She was born in Sombra Township, a daughter of the late Jesse and Roseanna (Metivier) Sterling.
Beloved wife of the late Stanley Meloche (2002).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Cynthia (Eric) Doran and Daniel Meloche.
Cherished Grandmother of Shannon (Mike), Jason (Michelle), Holly (Jay) and Nicholas, and great grandmother of Madeline, Felix, Brynlee and Veronica.
Kind sister of Verna Coleman.
Predeceased by siblings Treffley Sterling, Harvey Sterling, Leo Sterling, Marie Antoinette Voissard, Felix Sterling, Dora Flynn, Leila Cadotte, Vina Murphy and Mae Benoot.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
The late Alma Meloche is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following Alma’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A private family interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
