The Wallaceburg and District Museum is hiring
Are you interested in local history and looking for a summer job? The Wallaceburg and District museum is looking for a student to work full time this summer in our Research Room.
The Research and Data Technician will be tasked with scanning, recording, and organizing data that is held within the Research Room at the Wallaceburg and District Museum.
They will be working with local newspapers, photographs, documents, and other paper material.
They will also be asked to respond to research requests from the public as needed.
We are looking for someone who is organized, has basic computer skills, and is a team player.

The Opportunity
Arctic Heating and Cooling is looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Assistant (Install & Service) to join our growing team. The individuals in this role are assistants on service, maintenance and some installation on residential and some commercial HVAC installations.
Responsibilities
• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties.
• Assist the service team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, service and trouble shooting both commercial and residential HVAC units.
• Maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
• Some knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset.
• Be receptive to on-the-job training and be willing to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Completion of minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Have a clean driving record.
