Asparagus season is underway at Sunshine Farms, located at 30043 Jane Road in Thamesville.
Christy Zruna, the media manager at the farm, told the Sydenham Current they have a new website, which can be viewed, here: https://picklesplease.ca/
Zruna said right now asparagus ‘seconds’ and ‘slims’ are $3 a bundle, or 10 bundles for $25 or 20 bundles for $35.
Zruna also caught up with Dana Haggith to discuss how Sunshine Farms was forced to mow down a field, due to a lack of workers.
