Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: The Chatham-Kent Police had investigated an assault complaint on Lorne Avenue in Chatham on April 12, 2024.
A 42-year-old man turned himself in at Chatham-Kent Headquarters.
The man was charged with assault causing bodily harm and released on conditions and a future court date of May 27,2024.
