Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 10:47 p.m., police were called to the area of Erie St South, in Wheatley with regards to a disturbance involving a male and a female.
As a result of police investigation, a 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested for Breach of Peace.
The man was transported to police headquarters and subsequently released with a Provincial Offence Notice.
